If you’re like many of our patients, you probably have questions about your family’s dental care. Dr. Paez, Dr. Grayson, and the rest of our team are always ready to help out in any way we can. Call us at 770-802-1120 with any dental FAQ in Atlanta, or visit our office at 3640 Chamblee Tucker Road, near Tracey’s Medicine Center. In the meantime, here are some questions that our patients often ask us, along with their answers.
Yes! Our dentists place dental implants and restore them as well. That means you won’t have to visit outside specialists for any part of your implant procedure. We use advanced technology like a CT scan to assess your readiness for implants and to plan and perform your procedure.
We can restore implants with crowns, bridges, or dentures. You may even be able to receive implants and temporary replacement teeth in a single appointment. You’ll return to our office for your final teeth once your implants have healed.
We work with all insurance companies. While we are considered out of network, your benefits still apply and we will do whatever it takes to maximize your benefits.
Of course! We enjoy introducing children as young as 1 to the dentist. With our “happy visits,” you can have your child sit in on your exam and cleaning so they can see what a dentist does. Then when they are ready for their own exam, they know just what to expect. Our team uses an incredibly gentle touch with all patients, including those with disabilities.
Your child can receive kid-safe inhaled sedation (laughing gas) if needed. They can select a prize from our “treasure chest” too!
A lack of insurance should never prevent you from getting the highest-quality dental care for your family. We offer several payment options, including cash, check, and credit cards. Our in-house membership plan offers you savings of 10 percent to 50 percent on your family’s care.
What Our Patients Are Saying
I have been going to this dentist office literally for 40+ years. Always professional, always clean and well prepared. I’ve had dentists and hygienists retire and new ones brought on board, but the level of service is always excellent.
This was a totally different experience for me today because normally I LOVE to go to the dentist (huh?) but because of the Coronavirus I was nervous! My temperature was taken and the office was spotless so I was able to relax. Dr. Grayson has been my dentist for over 25 years and he is THE true professional and a very gentle person. He is a great tribute to his profession. I recommend him highly. I met Julie (hygienist) who was very patient with me yet thorough and my teeth look and feel great! Thank you both!
My dental hygienist, Julie, is wonderful. She is gentle with her cleanings, informative of the condition of my teeth, and genuinely interested in my well being.
Dr. Paez, Julie, and the staff at 3640 Dental are a pleasure to work with--which is saying a lot for a dental appointment! They have the gentle touch we all look for but seldom find.
